That’s according to Bloomberg reporter Jason Schreier, who says that Grand Theft Auto 6 has been in development “in some form” since 2014. If true, this means the studio started working on it just one year after GTA5 hit the shelves. Schreier doesn’t go into any more detail than that, so it’s difficult to know precisely what is meant by “development” in this context. It could indicate that it was in pre-production and has been for years, but anything outside what the report says will likely just be speculation....

Like with any “leak,” fans should take this information with a massive grain of salt. It originates from a deleted Reddit post, who was citing Q&A tester as their source. However, the details in this leak are specific enough that once Grand Theft Auto 6 is announced, we should know whether or not it was legitimate, and that in turn would lend more credibility to other claims in the leak....

The update adds several new ways for players to cause mayhem, including new missions, a fleet of new vehicles, and Open Wheel Races. Players who own a Galaxy Super Yacht will get to engage in a series of missions, either solo or with up to three accomplices. Police in Bradenton report that 87-year-old Lillian Parks made “several spontaneous, concerning remarks,” claiming she intentionally overdosed her 30-year-old grandson, Joel, “with the intention of ending his life.” It’s not clear what Joel’s disabilities were, but Parks was concerned about her own flagging health “and was worried about who would be caring for him when she passed away,” said Bradenton Police Department spokesperson Cap’t Brian Thiers. Grand Theft Auto series leaker Matheusvictorbr- recently made some interesting claims about Grand Theft Auto 6, and more specifically, its map size. According to their information, the GTA 6 map will be “as big” as the Red Dead Redemption 2 map with “Caribbean islands” included but not part of the open world. This would be similar to Red Dead Redemption 2, which featured the tropical island of Guarma that players visit at one point in the campaign but are unable to return to after finishing the segment....

Most plainly, Gotham Knights needs new mechanics in order to facilitate its RPG characteristics, but Gotham Knights lacking Freeflow is also important as to avoid one hysterical and seemingly unintentional animation featured in the Arkhamverse....
